Glory Shines encourages a free exchange of opinions and ideas. However, we deem it necessary to set some simple House Rules so we all know where the boundaries of our discussions are.
DOs
- Seek to inspire and encourage.
- Seek to agree to disagree.
- Seek to inform and educate.
- Seek to share and show concern.
- Seek to love and glorify God.
By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.

DON’Ts
- Use vulgar or blasphemous language.
- Put down other churches or individuals, even if you disagree with them.
- Carry out personal attacks or “character assasinations”.
- Gossip or speculate about half-truths.
- Use Glory Shines as a business tool.
For the house rules, should include things like.
No putting down of other churches (One body in Christ)
No flaming others if you disagree with them
Yup, agree with you. But I’ll only add in the first point, since the flaming part is already covered under the no personal attacks rule!
